HONORS RECITAL

The TMTF Honors Recital is for students who maintain a high standard of performance in the studio and who have a strong desire to compete. Honors Recital Auditions are for students in all levels of voice, and in levels 4 through 12 of piano, piano ensemble, organ, or strings. To qualify for the Honors Recital Auditions, students must first participate in the Levels of Progress.  Students are grouped in the Honors Recital Auditions according to their stage of repertoire. Each performance receives a numerical grade. From each level, the performances receiving the highest grades are selected for the Honors Recital. Of the two pieces performed at the audition, the judges will decide which piece each participant will play for the recital. A certificate is awarded to each student who performs in the Honors Recital
